Where do your products come from?

We have a lovely contact in India, who send pictures every week of all the products available from his family and other businesses in the area. I have a good relationship with them and they know to send me the best items for my customers. Most of the products come from them, with a few exceptions which come from a few specially selected importers in the UK.

How long does it take to get a product posted out to me?

Your order will usually be shipped within 24 hours, unless we are away at a festival, when it may take an extra day. If this is the case we will contact you and let you know of any delays.

How do I know what size it is?

There are measurements included in each product description, because most products come from India, sizing labels may be slightly misleading. We want you to get the right size for you, but if you are still unsure, please contact us and we will get the tape measure out for you!

What if it doesn't fit me?

We make every effort to give you all the measurements you need to make sure you get the right size and fit for you, however you are welcome to return any items. Just let us know within 14 days and return it to the address on our contacts page.

How do I pay for my order?

When you get to the checkout there is only an option to pay via Paypal, however there are also options if you would like to pay via bank transfer or over the phone. In this case we can email over the bank details or call you and take your card details over the phone.

Where can I come to see your lovely products?

We have regular market stalls at Cirencester on a Friday and Stratford upon Avon on a Saturday. You are welcome to come and see us there, it is always lovely to get visitors! Please feel free to contact us if you want to make sure we are there, as there are times when we are unable to go due to bad weather or other unforseen circumstances.

If I come to see you at the markets, how do I find you?

You generally can't miss my stall at the markets, I tend to stand out like a rainbow unicorn!

Why are your prices so competative, what's the catch?

If I get a good deal from my suppliers, I will pass that on to my customers, it is only fair. This does not mean that they are inferior quality, I may have just got a better deal by buying in bulk.
