Payment

All prices are in pounds sterling. We accept payment by all major credit and debit cards. You may pay online using our secure system, using the paypal system which is a world wide recognised internet payment system. Alternatively you can call us on 07780 470417 to make payment over the phone. Payment must be received before goods are despatched

Delivery

Orders are normally despatched within 24 to 48 hours unless otherwise stated.

You can select which postage option you require from the drop down menu at the checkout. Prices start at £2.99

Where packages are heavy we reserve the right to send out your parcel by an alternative delivery company such as D.H.L. and request additional postage if parcels exceed the standard 2.5k.

If you select Recorded Delivery, parcels do have to be signed for, we do realise that this can be inconvenient and therefore will deliver to a work address or a neighbour if requested to do so. Please specify this alternative address at the checkout.

 

Returns Policy

If you are not completely satisfied, goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery without reason, providing that they are in the perfect condition that they were delivered in.

Notification of any damaged items, shortages or other discrepencies must be received within 7 days of delivery. Items will only be credited provided any damages occured prior to delivery, or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items considered to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear cannot be credited or refunded.

Returns are sent at the customers expense with no refund being given for postage and packaging. It is recommended that all returns are returned to us by registered mail so that proof of posting is obtained and a signature is needed upon reciept. This proof of postage will be required should you need to make a claim in the event of a parcel being lost in the postal system. No responsiblity is taken for items not being returned to us by Royal Mail  Registered mail or other postal operators.
